Service Appointments
You have several options for scheduling your next service appointment: 24/7 on your computer by selecting "Schedule Service Online" from the menu on the right, or you can call and speak to a Service Adviser or stop by during our normal business hours.

Early Bird / After Hours Drop-Off
The after-hours drop-off is located just to the left of the Service Entrance. It's as simple as locking your car, filling out a drop-off envelope, placing your keys inside the envelope and dropping it in the Early Bird slot, located under the window next to the entrance.

Quattro Café
Don't let waiting to have your car serviced keep you from getting the job done. Audi Danbury offers a number of private workstations - many with computers - in our Service waiting area, and free Wi-fi throughout the store. Our "Quattro Café" features a variety of complimentary beverages and snacks.

Pets Welcome!
Audi Danbury is also pet friendly, so don't think you have to leave your friend home alone because your car needs service.

Alternative Transportation
If you can't wait while your car is being serviced, Audi Danbury can get you where you need to go. Our shuttle service is available to take you to the Danbury Fair Mall, Wholefoods or other local stores to do some shopping. If you are within 5 miles we will drop you off at work or home.

Loaner Cars
Audi Danbury has a limited number of loaner cars available to help minimize the inconvenience of being without a vehicle on your scheduled repair date. Should your car be in for warranty work or more comprehensive service, our Service Advisors will help keep you on the road while you Audi's service is completed.

Complimentary Car Wash and Vacuum

When we've finished working on your vehicle, the last thing we do before we return it to you is give it a bath to knock off road grime, give the interior a quick vacuum, and make it look as good as it runs*.
